摘　　要：本文综述了近年来国内微生物育种研究中理化因子等诱变方法和一些筛选方法的应用 ,并略述了理化诱变因子的诱变效应机制 。In this paper, we review applications of mutation as physical and chemical factors and some screening in microbiology breeding within these years, the mechanisms on the mutayenic effects by physical and chemical factors, and their important role in scientific research and production.
