摘  要:目的 :探讨左旋精氨酸 (L -Arg)对高原肺水肿 (HAPE)自由基代谢的影响。方法 在海拔 370 0米采用静滴L -Arg治疗HAPE患者 8例 (L -Arg组 ) ,并与吸入低浓度一氧化氮 (NO)混合气治疗 8例HAPE(NO组 )作对照 ,治疗前后分别检测血中超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化酶 (GSH -Px)及丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :L -Arg组和NO组治愈后较治疗前SOD、GSH -Px增高 ,MDA降低均有非常显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ;两组MDA无统计学意义 (P>0 0 5 )。吸入NO和静滴L -Arg比较 ,各指标均无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :静滴L -Arg治疗 ,可提高患者SOD活性 ,虽然其提高SOD活性的效果并不优于吸入NO ,但经济、简便 。Objective:To study the effect of L-arginine (L-Arg)on the metabolism of free radical in patients with high altitude pulmonary edema(HAPE).Methods:We have cured 8 patients with HAPE by injecting intravenous L-Arg at 3700m,and compared with 8 subjects who had cured by inhaling low density nitric oxide (NO),determine their plasma content of SOD and GSH-Px and MDA before and after treatment.Results:After cured,two group's content of SOD and GSH-Px were increased,but MDA is decreased notably(P<0.01),The plasma indexes were determined immediately after inhaling NO or injecting L-Arg,the SOD and GHS-Px were increased and MDA is decreasd in NO group(P<0.05),but there is no statistics discrepancy in L-Arg group(P>0.05),Compared NO group with L-Arg group.there is no statistics discrepancy(P<0.05)?Conclusion:Both inhaling NO and injecting L-Arg could improve the activity of SOD in HAPE,and inject L-Arg is cheap,easy to operate,It is worth to apply and inject L-Arg is cheap easy to operate.It is worth to apply and disseminate.
