高原中老年人血糖与尿糖检测结果的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨高原中老年人血糖浓度与尿糖检测结果之间的关系。方法 :系用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定 2 4 8例空腹血糖 >6 .1mmol/L的高原中老年人的血糖和尿糖结果 ,并进行了分组比较。结果 :血糖浓度为 6 .1～ 8.0mmol/L时 ,各年龄组尿糖阳性检出率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。血糖浓度为 8.1～ 10 .0mmol/L时 ,随年龄的增加 ,尿糖阳性检出率降低 ,各年龄组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。血糖浓度为 10 .1～ 12 .0mmol/L时 ,5 0～ 5 9岁组与 6 0～ 6 9岁组间尿糖阳性检出率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;5 0～ 5 9岁组与 70岁以上组间有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。血糖浓度 >12 .0mmol/L时 ,各年龄组间尿糖阳性检出率无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :高原中老年人 ,随年龄的增加及长期高血糖有可能导致肾小动脉硬化 ,肾小球滤过率降低 ,肾糖阈提高。提示临床医师不能根据尿糖结果推测血糖浓度 。Objective:Explore the relationship between test result of urine glucose and blood glucose density of highland senile. Methods:Using gtucose-oxidizing enzyme method to test blood glucose and urine glucose of 248 cases of highland senile on an empty stomach whose blood glucose>6.1mmolL,and also divided the senile into groups according to their ages and compared their results. Results:When blood glucose density is 6.1-8.0mmol/L,the positive checked rate of urine glycose of each age group shows no remarkable difference(P<0.05).When blood glucose density is 8.1-10.0mmol/L,as age increases the positive checked rate of urine glucose decreases and remarkable difference exists among age groups(P<0.01).When blood glucse density is 10.1-12.0mmol/L,the positive checked rate of urine glucose shows remarkable difference between 50-59 age group and 60-69 age group(P<0.05),and remarkable difference exists between 50-59 age group and above 70 age group(P<0.01),When blood glucose>12.0mmol/L,the positive checked rale of urine glucose shows no remarkable difference among all age groups(P<0.05)? Conclusion:Highland senile,as their ages increase and have high blood glucose for a long time,they might induce renal arteriosclerosis the decrease of glomerulus filter rate and the increase of renel glucose threshold,It points out that clinical doctors must not infer blood glucose density according to the result of urine glucose in order not to delay the diagnosis and treatment.
