摘　　要：目的 :总结胸腹联合伤的诊治经验。方法　对 4 8例胸腹联合伤的早期诊断及治疗进行分析。结果　全组治愈 4 4例 ,死亡 4例。病死率 9 1%。结论 :胸腹联合伤病情重 ,早期诊断、及时诊断、及时正确的手术方法是提高治愈率、降低病死率的关键。Objective:Experiences in diagnosis and treatment of thoraco-abdominal injury were reported.Methods:Early diagnosis and treatment of 48 patients suffering from thoraco-abdominal injury were analysed retrospectively.Results:44 cases healed and 4 died(9.1%).Conclusion:Patients with thoraco-abdominal injury are serious.Early diagnosis and timely operation are the key to improve the cure rate and reduce mortality.
