摘  要:目的 研究植物色素 (PP)分别加入香烟和烟嘴内对吸烟大、小鼠的抗氧化损伤作用。方法 抗氧化试验方法。雌性小鼠 4 0只 ,雄性大鼠 32只 ,分别随机分为 4组。 2个对照组 (阴性组和吸烟对照组 ) ,2个实验组 (烟内组和烟嘴组 )。观察PP对吸烟大小鼠血浆超氧化物歧化酶 (P SOD)、红细胞SOD(E SOD)和肝细胞丙二醛 (L MDA)的影响。数据经方差分析。结果  2个试验组小鼠P SOD升高 ,烟嘴组E SOD也升高 ,上述升高与吸烟对照组比较差异非常显著(P <0 .0 1) ,与阴性组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2个试验组小鼠L MDA降低 ,烟内组与吸烟对照组比较差异非常显著(P <0 .0 1) ,与阴性组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2个试验组大鼠P SOD、E SOD升高与吸烟对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与阴性组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;烟内组和烟嘴组大鼠L MDA降低与吸烟组比较差异显著和极显著 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1) ,与阴性组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 PP加入香烟或烟嘴内 ,可显著的减轻吸烟大、小鼠的氧化损伤作用。Objective To study the resistance function of plant pigment(PP)incorporated into the cigarette or cigarette holder to oxidation impairment in smoking mice or rats.Methods the method of anti oxidation test was used.40 female mice and 32 male rats were divided into 4 groups,2 control groups(negative control and smoke group),and 2 test groups(cigarette group and cigarette holder group).The effects of PP on the plasma superoxide dismutase(P SOD).Erythrocyte SOD(E SOD)and liver malonaldehyde(L MDA)in mice or rats were observed.The datum were treated with analysis of variance.Results The enzyme activity of P SOD in mice of two test groups were rise.The E SOD activity in mice of cigarette holder group was rise,too.The above variance comparison with smoke group was significantly different (P<0.01 ),and there was no significant variance in comparison with negative group (P>0.05) .The L MDA in mice of two test groups were fall.The variance of cigarette group in comparison with smoke group was significantly different( P<0.01 ),while comparison with negative group was not.( P >0.05).The P SOD and E SOD in rats of two test groups were rise.The variance comparison with smoke group was significantly different( P<0.05 ),with negative group was not( P >0.05).The L MDA in rats of two test groups were fall.The variance compairson with smoke group was significant or more significant (P<0.05、P<0.01) with negative group was not( P>0.05 ).Conclusion When PP was incorporated into the cigarette or the cigarette holder,the function of resistance to oxidation impairment in smoke mice and rats was evident.
