摘  要:目的 比较分析髋关节三维立体影像髋臼与股骨头分离技术。方法 对 2 2例 44个髋关节进行临床诊断 :髋关节发育不良 15人 ,髋关节骨折 7人。螺旋CT扫描后进行三维立体重建 ,然后分别使用 :①阈值 (Threshold)分离法 ;②曲线切割分离法 ;③半自动立体分割法等 3种分离技术对髋关节 3D影像进行髋臼、股骨头分离。结果 采用阈值分离法 ,产生的影像Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级占总病例 5 9.1%。采用曲线切割分离法 ,病例中 10 0 %的股骨头影像在分离后都有不同程度切割损伤。半自动立体分离法 ,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级影像占全部病例的 97.6%。结论 我们认为半自动立体分离法是获得分离后完整股骨头 。Objective To compare the performance of three methods of CT 3 D reconstruction for segmenting the femoral head and acetabulum. Methods In 22 patients with 44 hips,15 patients with hip dysplasia and 7 with fractures,were examined with helical CT scan and performed 3 D reconstruction in three methods:①threshold method;②curve trace method;③SAVS (semi automatic volume segmentation) method to segment the femoral head and acetabulum. Results 59.1% images were classified as grade IV and V using threshold method, all images were found various cutoff of the head by curve trace method and 97.6% images were classified as grade I and II with SAVS. Conclusion SAVS method is better than threshold and curve trace for segmenting femoral head.
