MR泌尿系水成像在输尿管梗阻性疾病中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的　评价低场强磁共振泌尿系水成像 (MRU )在输尿管梗阻性疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法　对 2 0例 (其中输尿管肿瘤 11例 ,输尿管结石 5例 ,输尿管炎性纤维性狭窄 4例 )输尿管梗阻性病变患者行MRU检查 ,并与B超、CT、MR平扫结果进行比较。结果　MRU能清晰显示输尿管的梗阻部位 ,定位诊断准确率 10 0 % ,梗阻病因确诊率 90 % ,优于B超和CT检查。结论　MRU对输尿管梗阻性病变的定位、定性诊断准确性高 ,是可以替代创伤性检查的可靠方法 。Purpose To evaluate the applying value of low field MRU (MR Urography) to obstructive diseases of ureter. Methods Twenty cases with ureter obstructive diseases (including 11 cases with uretal tumors,5 cases with uretal calculus and 4 cases with inflammatory fibrous stricture) were examined with MRU and compared with ultrasonography,CT and conventional MRI. Results MRU could clearly show the obstructive location of ureter.Accuracy of the location diagnosis was 100% and diagnostic rating of the obstructive etiology was 90%.MRU was superior to ultrasonography and CT. Conclusion MRU has a high accuracy and diagnosis rating for obstructive location and nature of uretal diseases,and it is a reliable method which can replace traumatic examinations.It may become the first choice for the children and the patients who can not bear intravenous pyelography.
