摘　　要：本文建立了血浆置换过程中的数学模型,推导出血浆置换过程中胆红素浓度随血浆置换量变化的解析表达式。该模型的理论值与实验测量值比较获得较好的一致性 ,从而可为临床医生制定合理的血浆置换用量提供理论依据。One-compartment model was proposed for Plasma exchange (PE) in this paper. On the basis of this model, the expressions of bilirubin concentration in the Plasma exchange, which varies with the amount of plasma exchange, was derived. By comparing, a good agreement between model and experiment was obtained. It is useful for clinician to determine the amount of plasma used in Plasma exchange.
