摘 要:介绍了一种用酯类化合物脱除渣油中金属杂质的工艺及其工业试验情况 ,重点探讨了油水分离条件、药剂量和反应温度对脱除效果的影响。工业试验结果表明 ,使用该工艺可以脱除渣油中的大部分金属元素 ,尤其是较难脱除的镍、钒总脱除率达 70 %以上 ,钙、镁、铁总脱除率达 80 %以上。In this paper,a new process for removing metallic impurities from residue oil is introduced.Ester chemicals are added to the oil to react with the impurities,to form easily removable water-soluble compounds. The feedstock and ester compounds are pumped into a reaction tank where chelate reaction takes place forming hydrophilic complexes.The reaction mass is transferred to an electric dehydration separator after cooling to about 140 ℃.Water and demulsifier are injected into the separator simultaneously.The hydrophilic compounds enter into the water phase under the action of electric field and are drained together with water.Finally the residual oil is fed to the catalytic cracking equipment. The influences of the separating conditions for oil and water,concentration of chemicals and reaction temperature on removal efficiency are discussed.For selected heavy oil,the suitable conditions of demetallization reaction are:concentration of ester 500 μg/g,and reaction temperature,over 300 ℃.For atmospheric residual oil from Luoyang refinery,the suitable conditions for oil-water separation are:separation temperature,140 ℃;concentration of demulsifier,100 μg/g;and water quantity,6%.More than 70% of Ni and V compounds and more than 80% of Ca,Mg and Fe compounds in residue oil can be removed by this technique.The removal rate of V is higher than that of Ni for the selected heavy oil.
