编目工作实行计算机管理的体会

摘　　要：本文结合本馆利用深圳图书馆研制的计算机编目系统，即ＩＬＡＳ系统，在馆藏目录数据库的建设过程中的实际应用，总结了计算机编目著录中不同于普通图书著录的几个主要特点，对计算机编目系统的著录信息源，载体形态项等作了阐述。并介绍了在编目工作中遇到的问题及解决措施，实行计算机编目后如何正确处理机读目录和卡片目录的关系。This article summarizes the major differences of computer catalogue record from ordinary library catalogue record and expound the source of information record and the info carrier pattern within the computer catalogue system , in the light of the actual application of the computer catalogue system, the I LAS, developed by the staff of Shen Zhen municipal library, in the set up of library catalogue data base of our documents-info center It also let know the problems encountered in catalogue practice and their solvents as well as how can we m aintain a proper balance between computer interpreting catalogue and card catalogue.
