摘　　要：本文介绍了浙江图书馆采用上海浦东发展银行杭州分行的“东方卡”作为读者借阅　证的ＩＣ卡应用系统功能要求和读者数据库设计要求；阅览室工作站和办证处工作站需求；ＩＣ　卡工作流程及ＩＣ卡应用系统在使用中存在的问题。This article introduce the applying system function＇s demand of IC car d──Orient card of Hangzhou branch of Shanghai Pudong development bank that Zh ejiang province library take as reader＇s card and the design＇s requirement of re ader＇s data-base, and the demand of reading-room workstation and application wor kstation, and IC card＇s working flow and existing problem of IC card applying sy stem in working.
