摘　　要：本文从医学生文献检索意识的培养、技能训练、文献检索课教学的发展和医学生科研创新意识等方面论述了文献检索课对医学生成才所起的重要作用。The paper discussed the important effect of information retrieval curriculum on the medical students' becoming a useful person in the following respects of the medical students' training of information retrieval consciousness and skills, the development of medical information retrieval education and creative consciousness in medical research.
