摘　　要：通过对电子出版物及其版权保护中存在的问题进行分析 ,探讨如何完善法律、法规 ,管理信息市场 ,建立集体管理机构以及在信息高速公路。This paper examines issues relating to electronic publications and electronic copytight.Discusses how existing laws,code and management can be improved and how new initiatives,such as site licensing,can be implemented to reinforce copyright protection in the Information Super Highway and virtual libraies.
