聚焦辐射式烧结机点火器的开发与应用

摘　　要：针对当前烧结机燃油点火器能耗高、寿命短、点火不均匀等现状 ,研制开发了一种聚焦辐射式燃油节能点火器。这种新型节能点火器采用曲面聚焦并在炉壁上喷涂高黑度辐射涂料 ,在料面宽度方向上可以形成均匀的点火料带 ,从而实现快速、均匀点火。工业应用表明该点火器具有明显的节能效益。A new type of focusing and radiating sinter igniter has been developed aiming at surmounting the current limitations such as higher energy consumption,shorter life span and unsatisfactory ignition uniformity.A curve surface and highly emissive coating are applied in this new igniter to make the sintering surface ignited intensively.The ignition process can be carried out uniformly and rapidly across the width of sinter machine.Industrial application has made significant contribution to energy saving with the new igniter.
