摘 要:为解析放电等离子体现象 ,以低温等离子体放电管作为优化研究对象 ,用数码相机对输入不同电能形式的放电管分别进行摄影 ,记录空气电离时的可见光发光状态 .通过计算机处理 ,从发光强度空间分布及发光主截面积两方面进行分析 ,指出输入纳秒级脉冲高压电时能量效率较优 ,输入 5 0Hz单相交流高压电时较低 ,而采用主从放电输入电能形式的能量效率 ,则介于两者之间 .同时也对放电管的结构性能进行了评估 .To analyze discharged-plasma phenomenon,a law-temperature plasma discharge reactor was chosen as the subject of the study.By a digital camera respectively we have taken a photograph of the discharge reactor inputted each electric energy condition,and have recorded luminous state of air ionization within the limit of visible light.Using a computer we have analyzed luminous intensity distribution and luminous square of normal section,which shows clearly that the energy efficiency of inputted nanosecond impulse high-voltage is higher than that of inputted 50 Hz single-phase AC,and that of inputted electric energy condition of master, and slave discharge is situated between them.Besides,we also have evaluated construction of the discharge reactor.
