摘　　要：借助有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS DYNA ,对方轧件在箱型中的动态轧制过程进行模拟仿真 ,分析了轧制区应力场和轧件变形参数。数值模拟结果和试验结果基本相符。The numerical simulation for square billet hot dynamics rolling in box pass has been conducted by finite element method with software ANSYS/LS\|DYNA, and the stress field of rolling area and the deforming parameters of billet are analyzed in this paper. The numerical simulation results are agreeable to the experimental data. <
