摘　　要：20 0 0年 9月武钢同奥钢联签订了烧结厂自动化包 (二级自动化和过程优化 )供货合同 ,包括一套工艺信息系统和多个在线工艺模型。其关键特点是生产率提高 3%～ 5 %、焦炭消耗减少 2 %以上、系统作业率超过 99.5 %。系统于 2 0 0 1年 4月 (合同开始执行后仅 7个月 )投入运行。In September 2000 Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. placed an order with VAI for the postinstallation of a sinter plant automation package (Level 2 automation and process optimization) which included a process information system and various online process models.Key benchmarks of the installed automation package included productivity increase of 3 % 5 %, reduction of coke consumption by more than 2 % and system availability exceeding 99.5 %. The automation system was started up in April 2001, only seven months after the commencement of the project. This paper describes the installed modules as well as initial results at WISCO's No 1 Sinter Plant.
