摘　　要：寻租是腐败的内生变量。寻租具有路径依赖性 ,腐败具有路径依赖性 ,寻租和腐败之间的联系也具有路径依赖性 ;路径依赖不仅强化了寻租和腐败本身 ,而且强化了寻租和腐败之间的联系。因此 ,打破寻租、腐败、寻租与腐败之间的路径依赖 ,必须彻底转变政府职能 ,最大可能地减少政府管制 。Rent-seeking is the endogenous of corruption. Both the rent-seeking and corruption are characterized by path dependence, which in turn affect both of them. To break the path dependence, it is necessary to transform the function of government and limit government's control so as to achieve democracy and govern the country by law.
