摘　　要：本文阐述了邓小平现代化的价值取向、目标、动力等理论和江泽民现代化的新目标构想、体制创新、新举措等 ,从而论证了江泽民提出的新观点。This paper expounds Deng Xiaopings theory on the orientation, objectives and motivation of Chinas modernization, and also discusses Jiang Zemins conception on the new aims for modernization, the consequent innovations in social systems and some new measurements to take. Through such discussion and analysis, it reveals that the new ideas and new decisions by Jiang Zemin have enriched and developed Deng Xiaopings theory on socialist modernization.
