峨眉海桐化学成分的研究

摘　　要：作者从药用植物峨眉海桐 (Pittosporumomeiense)根中 ,分离得到了 8个化合物 .通过波谱分析及已知物数据对照 ,分别鉴定为 11 羟基杉醇 (11 hydroxylsugiol,1) ,羽扇豆酸 (lupaticacid ,2 ) ,软脂酸 (palmiticacid ,3) ,软脂酸单甘油酯 (palmiticmonoglycerolester ,4 ) ,β 谷甾醇(β sitosterol,5 ) ,胡萝卜甙 (daucosterol ,6 ) ,豆甾醇 (stigmasterol,7)和 4 甲氧基糠醛 (4 methoxyfurancarboxaldehyde ,8) .其中 ,化合物 1和Eight compounds were isolated from the roots of Pittosporumomeiense. On the basis of spectral analysis and comparison with the data of known compounds, their structures were identified as 11 hydroxyl sugiol (1), lupatic acid (2), palmitic acid (3), palmitic monoglycerol ester (4), β sitosterol (5), daucosterol (6), stigmasterol (7) and 4 methoxy 2 furancarboxaldehyde (8). All these compounds were first reported in this medicinal plant. Compound 1 and 8 were first obtained from natural products.
