椭圆背角无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana elliptica Heude)血清类免疫球蛋白的初步研究

摘　　要：采用免疫消浊法 ,检测出健康椭圆背角无齿蚌血清中存在着 3种类哺乳动物免疫球蛋白分子 测定了手术创伤前后及不同pH值的水体中类免球蛋白的含量 ,发现 3种类免疫球蛋白分子在损伤后含量均有明显升高 ;环境pH值对类免疫球蛋白基本无影响 .运用硫酸铵沉淀和柱层析法分离纯化了类IgM蛋白 ,并分析了部分性质 .作者认为 。Three kinds of serum immunoglobulin like proteins in Anodonta woodiana elliptica Heude,Their contents were measured with the method of nephelometry,and these value changed obviously after operation in the mantle Howeer,the change of environment(water pH value)had no obvious effections on the level of immunoglobulin like proteins,An IgM like protein was isolated by Sephadex G 200 gel filtration follwing DEAE Sephadex A 50 ion exchange chromatography,those proteins may play a very important role in the immunc systerm of Anodonta woodiana elliplica Heude.
