摘　　要：目的 :建立齐墩果酸片的旋光测定法。方法 :以无水乙醇为溶剂 ,采用旋光法测定齐墩果酸片的含量。结果 :平均回收率 99.99% ,RSD 0 .5 3% ,线性范围 1～ 10 m g/ ml。结论 :该方法简便、灵敏、快速 ,适用于齐墩果酸片的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of olearolic acid tablets by Polarimetry. Method: The content of olearolic acid tablets was determined by Polarimetry using anhydrous ethanol as solvent. Results: The mean recovery was 99.99% and RSD was 0.53%. The linear range of the method was 1～10 mg/ml. Conclusion: The method was simple, sensitive, accuracy, and comfortable to determine the content of olearolic acid tablets.
