重体力劳动者腰背痛疾患的调查研究

摘　　要：目的研究和分析腰背痛对重体力劳动作业者的影响。方法比较两组的患病率、复发率、缺勤天数及其治疗费用。结果重体力劳动者的患病率和100人年的缺勤天数显著高于对照组 ,重体力劳动组的医疗费用是对照组的9.03倍。结论腰背痛不仅影响体力劳动者的健康 ,且消耗大量的卫生和社会资源。Objective To study and analyse the effect of low back pain on the workers with heavy workload. Methods The prevalence, the ralapse rate, the days of absence from work and cure cost of the workers with heavy workload are compared with the control group. Results The prevalence and the days of absence from duty of 100 human years of the workers with heavy workload are significantly higher than the control group.Their cure cost is more 8.03 times than the controls. Conclution Low back pain not only effects on health of the workers with heavy workload, but also consumes large number of hygienic and social resources.
