浙江省性病监测点1998～2000年性病流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的　了解浙江省 7个性病监测点 1998～ 2 0 0 0年性病流行情况。方法　对浙江省 7个性病监测点1998～ 2 0 0 0年性病疫情监测资料进行整理分析。结果　浙江省 7个性病监测点 1998～ 2 0 0 0年分别报告性病195 2 6例、2 70 46例和 3 112 8例 ,占全省当年性病报告总数的 3 3 2 4%、3 0 5 1%和 3 2 17% ,年报告发病率为 3 11 16/10万、42 8 0 2 /10万和 489 2 2 /10万 ,比全省当年平均报告发病率高。病种以淋病、非淋菌性尿道炎和尖锐湿疣为主 ;性病发病的优势病种由淋病转为非淋菌性尿道炎 ,2 0 0 0年非淋菌性尿道炎报病数首次超过淋病位居第一 ;病例数增长较快的有HIV阳性患者、生殖器疱疹和NGU ,年平均增幅分别为 119 85 %、5 2 91%和 49 5 8%。全省 7个性病监测点报告的病例数以杭州居首位 ,除临海、江山的报病数稍有下降外 ,其余 5个监测点的报病数均有大幅度增加。结论　性病仍在我省蔓延 ,形势不容乐观 ,需加强防治力度。Objective To understand the epidemic situation of STD from 1998 to 2000 in the 7 surveillance spots of Zhejiang province. Methods The data from the 7 spots, 1998～2000, were collected and analyzed. Results The total reported STD cases from the 7 surveillance spots of the years 1998 to 2000 were 19526, 27046 and 31128 respectively; the annual report incidence rates were 311.16, 428.02 and 489.22 per one hundred thousand respectively, which increased by 134.66%, 115.43% and 127.13% respectively, compared with the provincial average incidence rate. Gonorrhea, nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) and condyloma acuminatum were in the majority. It was first seen that the reported nongonococcal urethritis cases surpassed gonorrhea and ranked the first in 2000. The cases of HIV, genital herpes infection and NGU increased yearly by 119.85%, 52.91% and 49.58% respectively. Hangzhou ranked the first in the number of reported STD cases; with the exception of Linhai and Jiangshan, the reported cases of STD from the other five surveillance spots increased significantly. Conclusion STD epidemic in Zhejiang province shows no sign of ceasing. It is necessary to emphasize the STD prevention and control.
