摘　　要：定期召开党的代表大会是民主集中制的基本要求之一。考察一下党的 80年历史上关于定期召开代表大会的问题 ,总结党内实行民主集中制制度的经验和教训 ,对在新时期提高执行民主集中制制度的自觉性 ,有重要的借鉴意义。It is very important to observe the convening time of our Partys conference experienced in 80 years so as to have a better understanding of the past and carry out the democratic centralism within the Party consciously in the new age.
