浅谈邓小平国民素质建设思想

摘　　要：国民整体素质是制约社会进步和持续发展的一个决定性的因素 ,这一理念已逐步深入人心 ,开始成为人们的普遍共识。国民素质建设思想已经成为邓小平理论不可缺少的组成部分。它以培养“四有”新人为国民素质建设的目标 ;以“三个面向”为国民素质建设的原则 ;以高素质的教师队伍为国民素质建设的关键 ;以改革为国民素质建设的动力。The national quality is a decisive factor of the social advance and continuous development,which has been gradually accepted by people.The idea of the national quality improvement is an inevitable part of Deng's theory and is spread and implemented as the party's policy and the country's law.Its aim is to train the public into those who have the ideal,the moral ,the knowledge and the rule.Its basic principle is the three Faces:facing the modernization;facing the world;facing the future.Its key point is to have high-quality tachers,and its motive force is the reform.All of these are our instructive educational thought and also offer a scientific foundation of the theory and the instructive method.
