摘　　要：改革、发展、稳定的三者关系 ,是把握社会主义现代化建设大局的一个关键问题。根据邓小平的思想 ,发展是目的 ,改革是动力 ,稳定是前提。全党同志要善于总揽全局 ,从整体上把握三者之间的关系 ,在政治和社会稳定中推进改革和发展 。The relationship between reform, development and stability is a crucial problem in the socialist modernization. Deng regarded development as the aim, reform the driving force and stability the premise. The whole Party should be able to have overall control of the relationship between the three aspects.Thus, we can further our reform and development in a stable political and social environment, which in turn contributes to the realization of lasting stability of politics and society in our reform and development.
