摘　　要：地下工程的防水防潮处理是地下工程的关键 ,处理是否得当将关系到一个地下建筑的使用及其寿命。本文探讨了几种地下工程防水防潮处理方法 ,引进 911混凝土外结构防水涂料这种新型材料做防水层可以弥补其它材料的不足 ;全封闭是地下室防水的关键 。The key of underground works is the disposal of underground works' waterproof and dampproof,treating it properly whether or not is related with the use of underground building and its life.This paper has been discussed some kinds of methods of disposal of waterproof and dampproof of underground works,and presented type 911 waterproof dope of outer concrete structure.And this new dope can make up the shortages of the other materials act as waterproof layer.Fully obturation is the key of the basement waterproof,this paper also makes some discussing about the waterproof of the fully obturation. \[
