摘 要:用正交法求得铝 -溴邻苯三酚红 (BPR)络合物的最佳条件 ,其最大吸收波长为 6 2 0nm ,摩尔吸光系数ε =3 95×10 4,加入表面活性剂TritonX 10 0后 ,铝显色体系中的BPR ,CTMAB用量范围及 pH范围都要加大 ,一旦显色完全 ,可稳定12h ,Fe3 + 的干扰用抗坏血酸掩蔽 ,本法可用于自来水及生活废水中微量铝的测定 ,回收率为 99%~ 10 1%。In this paper,the system of Al-BPR-CTMAB-Triton X 100 in the buffer solution of acetic acid-sodium acetate has been studied and the optimal condition has been given The maximum absorption of the quarternary complex is at 610nm,and the apparent molar absorptivity is 3 59×10 4 When Triton X 100 is added to the system,the permitted quantity of BPR,CTMAB and pH will be enlarged The complex can be stable for twelve hours Beer's law is obeyed in the range of concentration from 0 to 13μg/25mL for aluminium The serious interference of Fe 3+ in water sample can be eliminated by adding ascorbic acid The proposed method has been used to determine the micro amounts of aluminium in tap water and waste water The recovery is 99%-101%,and the results are satisfactory
