摘  要:试验了两种菊酯类药物(三种剂型)浸泡的三种不同规格的大网孔织物对淡色库蚊(Cu-ex pipiens pa(?)ens)、三带喙库蚊(Cx.tritaeniorhynchus)和大劣按蚊(Anopheles drus)的毒效和防护作用.网孔小于25mm^2(5×5 mm)的棉线和塑料线织物经不同浓度的溴氰菊酯或顺式氯氰菊酯(10—40mg/m^2)浸泡处理后,对三种被试蚊虫具有良好的防护作用,并能显著降低过网蚊虫的吸血率,因此可以推荐在热带地区做现场实验,推广应用。The toxieities and the effectiveness of wide mesh netting,impregnated with pyrethroids,were tested and evaluated on protection against three species Of vector mosquitoes,Culex pipiens pallens,Cx.tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles dirus.Those nettings with mesh,size less than 25mm^2(5× 5mm),when treated with deltamethrin or alphacypermethrin in the co- ncentratio,ns of 10-40mg.a.i./m^2,were satisfactory when used as curtains to protect against mosquitoes for their high toxicity to the mosqui- toes and the efficacy of reducing the blood-feeding rate of females once they past through the curtain. Wide mesh nets might offer several advantages such as a)allow more ventilation;b)the mosquito might be more easier to enter the broader mesh nets and pick up a lethal dosage of insecticide;c)much cheaper to produce than fine mesh nets;and d)be particularly useful for travel- lers and nomadic people for its light weight and small volume when fo- lded up.The disadvantages could be that a)more easily to be torn than the fine mesh nets;b)be less effective against very small biting insects such as midges and sandflies.
