白纹伊蚊的生殖营养节奏、周环与经产率的调查研究

摘　　要：本文报告在实验室和野外对白纹伊蚊的生殖营养节奏、周环以及经产的研究结果。实验研究表明,白纹伊蚊在温度25℃±1℃和相对湿度 RH80%条件下,完成一个生殖营养周环的时间至少需62小时。白纹伊蚊产卵高峰为吸血后的第3—5天,多数蚊虫吸食一次血后产卵2—3批次,最多产卵量为152个。这种伊蚊还具有多次刺叮吸血,未饱血蚊的卵巢滤泡也能部分发育成熟以及产卵间断性等特点。现场研究表明,白纹伊蚊生殖营养节奏基本上协调,未吸血蚊的经产比例较高。经药物处理后未经产蚊比例明显上升。This paper presonts the results of study on gonotrophic rhythm, gonotrophic cycle,and parity of Aedes albopictus in laboratory and in the field.The experimental results showed that it took about 62hr to finish a gonotrophic cycle at 25℃ RH 80%.The peak of oviposition in the females appeared during 3-5 d after blood feeding.Most females laid 2-3 times after a Mood feeding and each one laid 152 eggs during its life span. The females might bite and feed repeatly.Part ovary of nullifull females might develop and the females laid with interruption.The results in the field showed that the gonotrophic rhythm in the mosquito was concordance. The parity of non-blood feeding females was higher than in the blood feeding.The nullipariois females increased sharply after treatment of some insecticides in the field.
