驱避剂Deet在人体皮肤上的衰解研究

摘　　要：本研究采用气相色谱分析方法对 NR-90驱避剂中的主要成份 Deet 作了在人体皮肤及在玻璃表面的衰解试验。通过人体皮肤试验发现 Deet 在该剂型驱避剂中12小时仍有4.56%左右的残留,同时经对照试验认为降低环境温度,增加药物浓度以及使用适当的保护剂场可延缓 Deet在人体皮肤上的衰解而增加保护时间。The paper report on the study of attenuation of Deet within NR-90 repellent on human skin with gas chromatogram.It is found that the rema- in of Deet in this formation about 4.59% on human skin at 12 hours.The result showed that the attenuation and protective time could be extended with reducing the temperature of environment,increassing the concentra- tion of Deet in formstion,and adding apropriate buffer.
