摘　　要：面对农村产业结构的不断变化,小城镇的文化建设越来越受到人们的关注。基于小城镇文化建设的实际,分析了新形势下小城镇文化建设的新特点及存在的问题,提出了以创新精神促进小城镇文化建设健康发展的新思路。With the development of rural set-up of production, people gradually pay attention to the cultural construction of small cities and towns. Based on the facts of this area, through analyzing the new features and problems under the current situation,we propose a new plan to promote the cultural construction in small cities and towns by creative spirit.
