是文责自负还是文责共负  

Self-shouldering by Authors Only of Article Responsibility or Co-shouldering of it by Both Authors and Editors?

摘　　要：文责自负这一传统的编辑准则有缺陷 :夸大了作者的责任 ;编辑的权利与责任失衡 ;淡化了出版部门的责任感 ;文责自负在约束作者的同时 ,却忽略了对编辑出版者的责任。应该建立一种以作者为主 ,编辑出版者为辅 ,共同对读者。The traditional editing principle of self-shouldering by authors only of article responsibility has shortcomings. It enlarges authors' responsibility, unbalances editing rights and responsibility and lightens the sense of responsibility of publishing sectors. In a word, the principle confines authors, however, at the same time, it neglects the responsibility of editors and publishers. A new editing principle should be set up, that is, authors take main responsibility, editors subsidiary one to be responsible to readers and society together.
