泌尿系水成像的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中场单次激发厚层投射磁共振尿路水成像(MRU)的临床应用价值。方法 :1 6例正常和 2 2例尿路病变患者 ,应用中场 (0 5T)行单次激发厚层投射MRU成像。所有患者均行常规MRI成像。1 8例患者加作轴位 2DFSET2 WI后行MIP(最大强度投影 )重建MRU图像。结果 :正常组 :MRU可显示肾盂、肾盏及输尿管的大部分和膀胱。病变组 :MRU可以使尿路病变准确定位。本组病变的定位准确率达1 0 0 % ,定性达 84 2 %。结论 :MRU对尿路病变的定位定性的诊断有重要价值 ,对部分患者MRU可作为一种静脉肾盂造影 (IVP)Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of MR urography (MRU) using single-shot projection and thick slice technique with a middle field unit(0.5T).Methods:MRU using SSFSE pulse sequence was performed with 0.5T MR unit in 16 cases of normal group and 22 cases with urinary diseas e.Routine MR imaging were performed in all cases,additional 2D heavily T2WIFSE MRU was done in 18 cases.MRU images were reconstructed with MIP.Results:MRU with SSFSE can demonstrated normal renal pelvis,calyx,ureters and bladder in normal group.It can determined the position of urinary disease accurately in abnormal group.The accuracy of MRU was 100% and 84.2% in the detection of position and cause of urinary disease respectively.Conclusion:MRU is of much value for the cause and position in diagnosing urinary disease.It may provide an efficient alternative to intravenous urography(IVP)and retrograde urothrography.
