摘　　要：目的 :探讨自身免疫病 (AID)患者过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性 ;方法 :采用血清CAT快速比色法 ;结果 :正常对照组测定值 5 7ku/L ,类风湿关节炎患者为 1 0 1ku/L ,红斑狼疮患者 1 1 2ku/L ;结论 :AID患者血清CAT活性明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,可作为诊断指标之一。Objective:The active change of serum catalase in patients with autoimmune disease were discussed.Methods:Using fast colorimetry of serum catalase.Results:Normal Group detemine showed 57ku/L,the patients with rheamatoid(RA) showed 101ku/L,and systemic lupus erythematoas(SIE) showed 112ku/L.Conclusion:The serum catalase of with patients autoimmune Disease is higher than the normal group(P<0.001),IT was one of index diagnose to autoimmune disease.
