摘　　要：脑脊液细胞学检查将脑脊液中的细胞离心制片、染色后进行形态学分类 ,从而为临床诊治疾病提供依据的一种检验方法。中枢神经系统的感染、肿瘤、寄生虫、白血病、淋巴瘤及脑出血等脑脊液细胞学均具有特异性改变 ,且同一疾病随病程不同表现也不尽相同。因此 ,掌握中枢神经系统常见疾病的典型脑脊液细胞学表现及其变化规律 ,对临床疾病早期准确诊断。CSF cytology detection is an examination method in which cells in CSF are centrifugal,dyed and morphological classificatin is carried on.It provides reason to diagnose and treat diseases.The CSF cytology of the infection,tumour,parasite,leukemia,lymphoma and cerebral haemorrage has different manifestations.Even in the same disease the manifestations are different with developing process difference.So CSF cytology plays an important role in the early diagnosis,treatment and efficacy monitoring of central nerve diseases.
