摘 要:为优化城网供电方式 ,对城市 10kV开关站及其自动化模式进行了研究。开关站供电方式适用于城市中心区范围和新建城区。开关站的配置方式可采用中心开关站、环网箱、变电亭相结合的方式。开关站的两段电源应取自不同的 2 2 0kV的电源系统 ,开关站之间通过环网单元联络。开关站主要应采用断路器或负荷开关。未投入配电网自动化前 ,可采用高压限流熔断器。变电所出线应采用重合闸 ,依靠子站主控模块实现快速的故障隔离恢复供电等部分配网自动化功能。环网单元应采用由开关站子站综合判断方式的配网自动化模式。In order to optimize the power supply of urban network, the urban 10 kV switching station and its automation mode are deeply researched. The power supply mode using switching station is suitable for town centers and new residential zones. The switching station configuration can be the combination of switching station center, netting trunk and transforming kiosk. The two segments of the switching station should link to different 220 kV power systems. The switching stations connect with each other via netting cells. The breakers and load switches should be applied in switching station. The high voltage fuse can be used before the distribution automation is not put into operation. The outing lines of substations should adopt the recloser, while some distribution automation functions can be realized by the main control module of substations, including quick fault separating and power supply recovering. The netting cells should adopt the distribution automation mode, in which the comprehensive decision is made by the substations of switching station.
