摘　　要：采用气相色谱法测定盐酸多西环素中乙醇的含量。乙醇在 0 .15 8～ 0 .790mg/ml范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9992。乙醇的最低检出浓度为 0 .0 790mg/ml,相对标准偏差在 0 .40～ 2 .6 9% ,回收率在 99.3～ 10 3.0 %之间RSD =1.31% (n=9)。该方法简便、快速。In this paper it was reported that the determination of ethanol in doxycycline hydrochloride by GC. The linear relation of ethanol was good in range of 0.158～0.790mg/ml, r= 0.9992. The limit of detection of ethanol was 0.0790 mg/ml. The relative standard deviation range was 0.40～2.69%. The recovery ratio was in range of 99.3～103.0%, RSD = 1.31%(n=9). This method was simple, rapid and accurate.
