摘　　要：分析了氧化铝生产中种分蒸发母液和混合蒸发母液中苛性碱量与结晶碱析出的关系 ,指出控制合适蒸发浓度既能满足结晶碱排量需要 ,又能提高蒸发器产能 ,对混联法生产氧化铝有一定的指导意义。This paper analyzes the relationship between caustic soda amount and deposition of crystalline caustic soda during the seed pregnant solution evaporation and mixed solution evaporation for producing alumina, and points out that by controlling properly the evaporation concentration, it is possible not only to discharge crystalline caustic soda as per required amount, but also to improve the production capacity of the evaporator, which is inducible to the alumina production with the combination process.
