摘　　要：目的 :观察灯盏花注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 :采用自身对照法 ,比较对照期和治疗期心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油耗量、血压及心率。结果 :与对照期相比治疗组心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油耗量明显减少 ,心率收缩压乘积明显降低而平均心率变化不大。结论 :灯盏花注射液能降低心肌耗氧量 。Objection: It is to observe the curative effect of Dengzhanhua injection on stable angina pectoris. Methods: Seventy-two stable angina pectoris patients were treated with Dengzhanhua injection and observed, and which frequency of angina pectoris, systoles pressure, heart rate and consumption of nitroglycerin were compared with themselves. Results: The frequency of angina pectoris and the consumption of nitroglycerin and the product of heart rat and systoles pressure were decreased noticeably compared with the comparison period, but the average heart rat changed slightly. Conclusion: Dengzhanhua injection can decrease myocardial oxygen consumption and the degree of myocardial ischemia.
