摘　　要：[目的 ]对 1998年某市道路交通事故进行流行病学分析 ,探讨该市道路交通事故的分布和危险因素。 [方法 ]对该市交通警察总队公布的 1998年全市道路交通事故资料 ,进行整理、统计分析和比较。 [结果 ]① 1998年全市共发生道路交通事故 2 3996起 ,造成 15 6 2人死亡 ,6 5 0 9人受伤。与 1997年相比 ,除死亡人数持平外 ,事故总数和受伤人数分别上升 11 3%和 11 6 % ,该市道路交通事故总量呈上升趋势。②市区的事故起数、死亡人数分别占事故总数和总死亡人数的 76 8%和 70 6 % ,5 3 1%的事故发生在城市主干道上。③机动车驾驶员造成的交通事故和人员死亡数约占全部事故和死亡总数的 90 2 2 %和 5 6 0 8% ;非机动车中自行车所致事故起数和死亡人数占全部交通事故总数和死亡总数的4 5 4%和 2 1 39%。④伤亡人员均以青壮年为主 ,而死亡者中学龄前儿童占 4 1% ,老年人占 2 1 9%。 [结论 ]应根据该市道路交通事故的上述流行病学特点 ,采取综合治理措施 。The data of road traffic accidents (RTA) occurred in 1998 in one city of East China were analyzed to understand the distribution and the risk factors of the RTA in the city. The data were provided by the Public Security Bureau,analyzed and compared with data of the previous years. (1)In 1998,the number of RTA events was 23 996 in which 6 509 persons were injured and 1 562 persons died.The number of injuries was almost the same as that occurred in 1997,but the RTA events and the deaths increased by 11.3% and 11.6%,and the total amount of the RTA events presented an ascending tendency;(2) The RTA and the deaths happened in urban area accounted for 76.8% and 70.6% of the total accidents and deaths.53.1% accidents took place on the trunk lines;(3) The RTA events and the deaths caused by the motor vehicle drivers were composed 90.22% and 56.08% of the total accidents and the deaths;(4) Most of the deaths were the youth and middle-aged,while the children before school accounted for 4.1% and the elders 21.9%.The safety of these people should be paid more attention. [Conclusion] To reduce the RTA in this city the comprehensive measures should be taken according to the epidemiological characters of the RTA.
