染色助剂对聚酯纤维表面低聚物含量的影响

摘　　要：研究了不同染色助剂对高温高压染色中聚酯纤维表面低聚物含量的影响.结果表明:在一定程度上,表面活性剂能减少聚酯纤维表面低聚物含量,其中具有苯环结构和聚氧乙烯醚结构的非离子表面活性剂优于阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂中加入某些阴离子表面活性剂能增强其在高温下去除表面低聚物效果.The effect of various dyeing assistants on the oligomer content in high temperature high pressure dyeing of polyester fibre surface was researched.The result indicated that surfactants can reduce the content of oligomer on the surface of polyester fibre to certain extent.Among the surfactants,those nonionic ones having benzene ring or polyethenoxy ether structure are superior to anionic surfactants. Nonionic surfactants,if added certain anionic surfactants,can enhance their effect in removing sarface oligomer at high temperature. This study has provided certain base for reasonable section of dyeing assistants for prevention of oligomer in high temperature high pressure dyeing of polyester fibre.
