摘　　要：本文探讨了在 Internet上开展信息服务的途径、方法、内容、特点 ,以及高校图书馆如何充分利用Internet上丰富的资源 。This article discusses some of the best practices of providing information services to library users via the Internet.The discussion covers methods,contents,characteristics and other aspects of such services.
