摘　　要：传统图书馆的机构设置与现代信息技术的广泛应用极不适应。作者在分析其矛盾的基础上 。This article argues that the current organizational structure of Chinese libraries does not lend itself well to the application of new inrofmation technologies.Puts forward some suggestions for improving this structure.
