摘 要:目的 :研究丁基苯酞 (NBP)对小鼠脑外伤所致脑功能障碍的影响。方法 :采用悬垂试验及被动活动试验方法观察静脉注射NBP对脑损伤的保护作用。结果 :表明脑外伤后5min和1h静脉注射NBP25 ,50mg/kg均明显改善神经症状 ,能显著提高悬垂评分及延长悬垂时间和被动活动时间。结论 :对小鼠脑外伤造成的部分肌力丧失及共济运动部分失调有保护作用 。Objective: To study the effect of dl- 3-n-butylphthalide(NBP)on cerebral dysfunction due to closed head trauma in mice.Methods: The neurological deficits were evaluated by a designed method. The score and time of grip test and time of rotarod test were also studied. Results: The results indicated that after head trauma ,the score of grip test was increased significantly following intravenou injection with NBP 25, 50 mg/kg.Conclusion: The effects of NBP25, 50 mg/kg( iv) in prolonging the time of grip test and rotarod test were found to be potent. Therefore, NBP may possess therapeutic effects on experimental closed head injury.
