超声血管成形术用于下肢动脉阻塞性疾病的初步报告

摘　　要：目的 :总结应用Acolysis血栓超声消融仪治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的初步体会。方法 :先行Seldinger法动脉造影 ,再小切口暴露股浅、股深动脉分叉处 ,直视穿刺 ,引入超声消融导管 ,数字减影血管造影术 (DSA)监视下消融 ,至血管再通。消融时间458s～1112s,平均702s。最长消融段35cm。结果 :全部病例术中造影证实血流通畅。同侧胫后、足背动脉立即恢复搏动8例 ,其余3例ABI和动脉多普勒血流图较术前明显改善。结论 :超声消融治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症 ,近期效果较好 。Objective: TO summarize the preliminary experiences of using Acolysis system to curing Atherosclerosis Obliterans.Methods: First Seldinger technique angiography, then direct puncture via small cut to uncover common?superficial and deep femoral artery trifurcation, and induce ultrasonic angioplasty probe to ultrasound thrombolysis monitored by DSA until the vascular get through.The time of ultrasonic angioplasty was 458～1 112 seconds, average 702 seconds.The longest ultrasonic angioplasty distance was 35cm.Results: The angioplasty get a complete reconstruction in all cases.Post tibial and dor pedis artery repulsed in 8 patients, ABI and Doppler signal obviously improved in 3 cases.Conclusion: Ultrasound thrombolysis curing ASO is of good short term effects and long term effects will be to observe with scientific and prudent attitude.
