一株感染普通棉耳狨猴的呼吸道病毒的RT-PCR鉴定

摘　　要：目的 :鉴定一株在普通棉耳狨猴(CallithrixJacchus)群体中引起急性呼吸道感染并引起大批狨猴死亡的病毒。方法 :根据几种可能的呼吸道病毒的保守基因序列设计合成引物 ,用RT -PCR方法对分离到的病毒进行鉴定。结果 :唯有仙台病毒的引物能够扩增出PCR产物 ,且与预期扩增片段大小一致。结论 :本次狨猴群体中流行的病原体是一株仙台病毒 (sendaivirus)。Objective: To identify a virus causing acute respiratory tract infection in common-cotton-eared marmosets.Methods: 7 pairs of PCR primers of several possible respiratory tract viruses according to their conservative gene sequences, and then the virus gene was detected after RT-PCR amplification.Results: PCR product can be detected only by using the primers of sendai virus.Conclusion: The virus causing infection this time is sendai virus.
