老年高血压病患者左室肥厚与Binswanger病的联系

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年高血压病患者左室肥厚和 Bin-swanger病 (BD)的联系 .方法　老年高血压病患者 194例 ,按有或无 BD分为两组 ,并对其年龄、是否合并左室肥厚、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、吸烟史以及收缩压和舒张压水平、高血压病持续时间进行分析 .结果　在单因素 L ogistic回归分析中 ,左室肥厚、收缩压水平、高血压病持续时间及年龄均为 BD的影响因素 ;在多因素条件 L ogistic回归分析中 ,左室肥厚仍为 BD的危险因素之一 (OR=3.2 8;95 % CI,1.4 8- 7.31;P=0 .0 0 4 ) .结论　左室肥厚为老年高血压病患者AIM To investigate whether left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) is an risk factor for Binswanger's disease (BD) in older persons with hypertension. METHODS 194 hypertensive patients with or without BD were investigated. We analysed the clinical features such as the age, LVH, the duration of hypertention and systolic, diastolic blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia and smoking. RESULTS In the univariate analysis, the age, LVH, the duration of hypertention and systolic blood pressure werestatistically significant risk factors of BD in older persons with hypertension. The multivariate analysis revealed that LVH was still a significant risk factor with the age, the duration of hypertention, and systolic blood pressure as covariates in a logistic model (OR=3.28; 95%CI, 1.48-7.31; P = 0.004 ). CONCLUSION LVH is a risk factor for BD in older persons with hypertension.
