摘　　要：在考察WTO的组织规则和中国加入WTO要达到的目标的基础上 ,分析了中国对外经济关系所面临的现实条件基础 ,考察了发展对外经济关系、适应国际自由贸易的国内条件 。China has entered WTO, and the countermeasures taken by the Chinese people are crucial for China to take more advantages of WTO to offset its disadvantages. Based on investigations of the organizational regulations of WTO and the aimed target for China's entering WTO, the current situation faced by China's foreign economic relations and the foundations of China's competitive power were analyzed, and the domestic conditions for developing foreign economic relations and adapting the international free trade were studied. Approaches to strengthen China's economic international competitive power were also presented.
